Jason Bhattacharya: Jim how can I run a bus tour like you

Jason Bhattacharya: I remember showing up.. Throwing the guys off the porch… And taking pics.. Telling the asset manager I was delivering a bus load of investors to the house. Helped put me on map. Helped me get to where I am today… Thanks to you
Jim Ingersoll: Yep, exactly as I remember. Barton Ave?
