Question: My mother and I are trying to break into the investment end of real estate. Where is the best place to look for the distressed properties??

Marat Bagaev: Pinellas County
Nichole Midkiff: What’s the best way to find the properties??
Tracie Miller Godri: Work with a realtor who has investment connections
Marat Bagaev: Threre is few different way to find. Mainly: 1. thru forclosure auction (be very careful). 2. Use realtor who had huge experience with finding “fliping” houses.Best way have friend you really trust and learn from him, because its a LOT to learn to be success and not lose money
Tracie Miller Godri: #1 is really bad for someone just starting.
Marat Bagaev: Best time was 2010-2015.Now its hard to find, banks list forclosure houses close to market price, and almost no room for good proffit. And lot chalenge from other investors
Nichole Midkiff: I just became a realtor a few months back, haven’t been able to do much since I decided to start right when school ended for the year… so as soon as school starts back up, I’m ready to jump full force…
Gary Hemme: Drive around and look for abandoned looking houses and do the detective work to find the owners.
Emily Wong: Foreclosure house price is not low like before. Because the house price is going to go up. Bank won’t care hold it longer. Contact me for good house deal. www.emilywong.com
Ryan Groff: Jesse Andrew can help.
Tracie Miller Godri: The buy/sell ratio is highest right now in manatee county & parts of St Pete. If you wanna ask questions reach out to me
